Who Are We?
PE Well Academy Sdn Bhd is an industry certified well intervention training, well testing services, well stimulation and
consultancy company in the Southeast Region to support organisations and their people within the global oil and gas
industry.
We offer extensive training, nationally and internationally, theoretical, and practical, in classroom or virtual with the
proper knowledge, skillset, and tools to achieve performance excellence. Our training courses consists of solutions that
has been uniquely curated based on the issues and critical situations faced on the job within the last decade. PE Well
Academy does not just limit to delivering theoretical knowledge to our clients, but also to provide real life stimulation to
better adapt in the future. Our focus is to impart the most suitable skillset, behaviour, and the boost confidence to the
future generation technicians to provide first-hand experience in critical well intervention activities to advance their
careers and contribute success of their respective organisation.
Our state of art facility is located in Rawang, a 30-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where it is accessible for
our clients. Our facility is equipped with a drilled well, where we can rig up and rig down with the complete simulation to
imitate the offshore activities. We offer wide range of seminars, workshops and customised programs tailoring to your
needs and consultancy services.
We simulate the training as if you are on the rink by providing realistic, intensive training simulation to improve our
trainee’s judgment during critical situation. We further provide briefing on the industry approved procedures and best
practices as it is integrated in all our courses to minimise the human errors. Responsibilities may increase at a
moment’s notice and require ever-changing and improved skills. Ongoing learning enables participants to
continuously enhance their professional and personal development and increase their value to their
organizations.

About PE Well Academy
Our Founder & History
Our founder, Mr. Subra Singaram, has 35 years’ experience in well intervention industry. Mr Subra Singaram was the Managing Director of Petro Equip Supply and Services pioneering fishing jobs for braided line, slickline and as well as well intervention jobs within the Southeast Region. Petro Equips Supply and Services participated in many jobs as subcontractor of Petronas since 2003. With the experiences, comes with vast amount of knowledge tackling critical situations offshore working in different rigs.
